I lived there a year and in that time; my upstairs neighbor was arrested, there was change in management, didn’t have maintenance for a while maybe 2 months? and my laundry was vented into my apartment for 6 months. They charged me a cleaning fee and trash fee against my deposit, I believe the only trash I left was in the fridge by accident. I didn’t feel safe most of the time.
