The Monogram Lady is the worst. A) Their merchandise is old....they rarely have new products - it's the same old, same old thing every time. Don't get me wrong - some of their stuff is cute; but there's a lot of junk in there. B) If you want something monogramed or embroidered, it takes forever. They are unreliable on getting it back to you on time and often have to push back their deadline. And when the product is finally ready, expect the person who calls you to be incredibly curt. I agree with the other reviewers in that the work is very good, but the service is not. The staff aren't attentive (they talk to one another while you wait), aren't necessarily friendly, etc.

Terrible service – I've been a customer here since the store opened in the 80s, but sadly they have lost my business. Over the past three years the service has become increasingly bad. I'm rarely met with a smile and often feel as though I am putting out the staff by having the nerve to ask them to - gasp - MONOGRAM something. I've tried returning a few times in the last few years, because in spite of the horrid attitudes the work is good. I will not, however, give them any more chances. best in town – After wondering where to take my monogramming a friend had told me to go the Monogram Lady, that she takes all her monogramming to them. I went in and was amazed at all the wonderful things they had in their store, from baby all the way to wedding gifts and everything in between, they even had sorority gifts. Disappointed and will not return – I was so disappointed with my experience! I went in to have something monogrammed and they seemed as though they did not have time to help me. I was passed off to another employee while placing my order and the person previously helping me started reprimanding one of the employees. The new employee helping me kept putting down initials when I wanted the whole name. After I had the name cleared up I was told it would be ready in a week (Monday after 4pm).
