Went to Monnik last night for the first time, and it won't be the last! Best local brews in Louisville, by far!! Hubby and I each had a 4 beer flight, all different, ALL good! Food was very good too (had curry fries, eggplant fondue, blue cheese burger, scallop). Our waitress was very nice, and showed us around the place. Highly recommend!

I haven’t recommended this officially yet? WTF?!?? Go here, great beer, amazing food, and fun staff. Great owners who really love their local community. Also, a growing and high end bourbon selection. A must for Louisville.
Amazing Food. Monnik Clanger crust is moist and flaky. Filled with lt spicy pork on one end and filled pastry dessert on the other. Good beer and atmosphere too

Great service and wonderful aesthetic. The bier burger is one of the two best burgers I've ever tasted. 10/10 will be returning in the future.
