It's impossible not to say great things about Monnik! From the owners to the amazing bar manager (Em Wayman) to one of the best brewers I've ever met (Scott Hand), the team at Monnik Beer Company is top notch, as are the beers and cocktails. My personal favorites are Najaar, Noel, and basically any saison variant Scott does 🍻they almost always have a vegan food option or a way to veganize a food item, which makes for a top-to-bottom great experience for me at the brewpub.
