I can’t say anything about the doctors. Unfortunately calling to ask a few questions prior to making an appointment for my mother was too much to ask. Evidently that was license to be condescending and rude. If you’re starting a process and are looking for a minor amount of understanding, decency or even a simple statement of “yes we work with many patients with -blank-” then this is not the place for you.
The Doctors are best in the business! And yes when dealing with a popular practice there will be long wait for appts and on hold on the phone . But that’s because you’re one of 6000 patients ! Staff is sweet and courteous.
I have been going here for several years. I have always had the best experience with the front staff. Always kind and helpful. Dr. K . Is the best.
Miserable staff ruin a great place. It has been this way for years. They are accusatory and rude to all patients for no reason.
I had a great experience there. No wait time got in. Got out. Great visit!
