2 hours just to get some lab work done at the Outpatient department Diabetic patient waiting still fasting.
The nurses and staff at the infusion center are great. Couldn't ask for better care for my mom. The caring and attention they give is outstanding. Our first visit there was every bit of what I expected, since I work for a large oncology group in Arizona my level was very high and they definitely met the bar. Way to go.
Went to ER three years ago and they were excellent. I was admitted to hospital for 5 days. My experience there was very good. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. However a month ago I had to go to ER again. I could not believed how it had changed. They were very short of staff help. One nurse was taking care of several people and trying to answer phones at the same time. I was very disappointed in how it had changed in three years.
