I just took an amazing gentle yoga class with Vic and feel so good — relaxed, grounded, and refreshed. The movements were slow, intentional, and exactly what my body needed. Vic created such a calming space and guided us beautifully through each pose. My body feels open and light, can’t wait to come back!
