Stopped at Monks today for lunch. My husband's first time and he loved it. Great food, hostess was very friendly as well as our server. Definitely will stop there again.
We had one 3 different people serving us. The 1st one was rude, we asked for straws and they were thrown on the table. We also asked for mayonnaise and it was dropped and slid on the table. Nothing was said when we got both things. The 2nd one was nice and then the hostess took our check to pay it. Snowflakes!
Great burgers! Super friendly servers and staff. HUGE portions and menu choices help make it a great value if you have 2 always hungry teen boys. Love us some Monk's!
wasnt a spot for poor service. "manager" Josh was terrible. first i mentioned that there was a large group of veterans at the table next to us. khis response was "...thats not my problem." his attitude the entire time was horrid. ladies at my table asked for lemons and limes several times and he said he had other tables and would get them when he could. it took forever for the food to come out. one of the ladies did not like her soup and he scoffed and rolled his eyed before taking it away. he was sweating profusely and was ... read more
