Most unprofessional plumbing service ever! They convinced us to upgrade to a tankless hot water heater which broke in less than 2 years time. Then after 5 days with no hot water they finalllllyyyy made it out to "fix" the problem. Well that was on Wednesday by Sunday the hot water heater was broken again because it was not fixed properly the first time. These guys are liars :( Their employee lied to me about how many repairs were needed to fix my hot water ($11,000 of unnecessary repairs!!). When I tried to resolve the issue with them, I was told "It's your fault for trusting our employee's recommendations"
