Ms. Monique Howard, in my view, comes with the highest quality of knowledge in the real estate industry. She is very personable, easy to work with and honest. She is also someone who takes her job very seriously, as shown through her dedication. Most of all she does not tell anyone what he or she wants to hear, she tells the truth. Ms. Howard is a true professional. I have made several attempts to work with GA agents, but with little or no success. However, during my initial conversation with Monique it was appearent that she fully understood my concerns and would hard work to address my issues. To summarize: My listing was released on 07-17-2014 and I had a finalized contract, for full asking price, within 1 week. As a result, I will only work with Monique when I have a home to sell. She is a one-of-a-kind!
