I booked a pedicure for the Hale Koa location and cleared my afternoon for it. Including my husband making sure he could watch our daughter. Showed up for my appointment and was told they had to "move around their schedule and I was no longer on it." No one even cared to make it right and the customer service was so terrible. No apology or anything.

Have used their services many times over the years. Yesterday had a 50 minute Swedish massage. The pressure was spot on but the customer service could use improvement. After I was done I exited the massage room, there was no one there to end my session. Since I had been there before, I knew the routine. Got dressed, had a cup of water and walked over to the next building and paid for my session. Enjoyed my facial , everyone should it. You won't be disappointed.
My husband got me the Heavenly Day package. It was my first time getting ANYTHING done. Mani Pedi was top notch and I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. Then the Swedish body massage was unbelievable. My favorite was the Spa Facial..I could have never imagined that was what a facial consisted of. Best Day Ever and I will deff be going back religiously.

My wife and I had a massage at the Hale Koa location. We both agree it was the best massage either one of us have ever had. Her massage therapist was Kelli and my wife thought she was terrific. Mine was Rie and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. We are hoping to find a way to get another massage before we have to head home
