I had a couples massage. Not only did my companions therapist not know what massage he wanted. She talked to him the entire time. What really set me off was she asked him where he lived. I think this is completely inappropriate. I went there to relax for 90mins. The entire time I was uncomfortable. They need to take down the signs that say “quite” because there staff doesn’t know what quite means.
worst massage I have ever had. I paid for lomi lomi and had nothing of the style. The message therapist had no clue about anatomy and was repeatedly "massaging" the tendons in my neck, vertebrae, gip bones, and ribs. when he hurt me(numerous times) he would tell me to "bear with him through it." I had several bruises within two days. Waste of money.

Every time I have gone the staff always is working very hard to make it a great experience. Great quality, friendly people.
