She is the best neurologist I have ever met, she breaks things down to you. In layman terms, she is one of most desired neurologist in our area. I comnend her for my excellent recovery.
I love Dr Gupta and I have been seeing her for quite a long time. She is extremely personable and approachable. I do agree that it is very hard getting someone to answer the phones. The girls in the front office tell you they will call you back and it doesnt happen. Very upsetting! The gentleman that is out of the office and answers calls is totally great. He follows through with what is needed and he will call you back. Liz is extremely great at her job! Very helpful and very informative.
Called twice. Was told my referral hadn’t been received yet. Finally got call from them 2 days later, just to be told that Dr Gupta does not accept new patients, and the earliest I could see an actual dr would be January 11. The woman who answered the phone has no personality and no people skills. And this is an office who deals with patients with neurological problems.
