Overpriced! Three people cleaned my daughter's house for 7 hours! Please! I've cleaned it myself in less time. $120 an hour because it was on Saturday. Plus, when I called to complain he gave me that line that I've heard before from certain business people "if you pay cash it will be less." What does that mean? Is he not charging me tax? One line that really got to me, "If you want to send Uncle Sam the tax money that's fine with me." What?! Paying taxes for services is not a option in this country.
Monica's was hired to clean my newly constructed home for move-in. The woman who cleaned the bathtub did a great job!. Overall, though, it was not move-in ready. The windows were not cleaned. The ladies just took the film off some of them; I had already taken it off of at least half of them. They took the heavy paper up off the floor and mopped but didn't clean the adhesive where the tape had stuck. They did not dust.
