Monica was really kind and helped me out when I was in a bind. I needed a next-day service to sanitize/tidy my apartment before guests arrived. She had a busy schedule, but graciously fit me in anyway. Her team was efficient and professional, and I enjoyed chatting with Monica herself while they were at my place. Thanks to her, I was ready for my guests the next morning!

I scheduled monica’s cleaning services to clean my apartment at the end of my lease, and they never showed up but still billed my landlord. I thought maybe they had a mix up but when i scheduled them for a second time the same thing happened. When I called monica the first time she said her helpers came and probably didn’t do much, but after what happened the second time I am sure her helpers never came at all.
