We pulled in and parked. Walked up to the door and was met by an employee who told us we could not park there. We were clearly in a parking spot. No signs out or cones out saying we couldn’t park there. So we walked back to our vehicle (in the pouring down rain) and re parked further away as the employee put cones out. Walked back up to the door and went in. Then was greeted with “sorry I’m going to ask you to wear a mask”. We just left. Not worth it and horrible for business! Don’t recommend😉

Very rude service. Our family has had multiple monicals employees in the family. Have always loved and gone out of our way to get this since moving away. They made some horrible pizzas and refused to remake. Sad.
My hubs and I sat for 45 minutes waiting for our food tonight , only discovering that our order hadn’t even been put in . No apologies, no empathy expressed -nada. The dining room was a disaster, the chair next to my husband had a big bowl of salad sitting in the seat, 6 tables were dirty waiting to be cleared. There were only two other tables with groups sitting , so they weren’t too overwhelmed. It was just total incompetence. we had a large group that seemed to overwhelm them at first but they did a wonderful job.
ordered family size lasagna tonight and salad and breadsticks with 8 in pizza. Lasana was horrible way to much ricotta cheese inside and when mentioned to waiter he asked manager for us a discount but apparently manager refused. wont make this mistake again
Love eating at Monical’s pizza anytime I’m home. Cole is the best worker there and should be given a raise. If he wasn’t there the place would fall apart.
Our server, Freddy was excellent. Very prompt, courteous & friendly. He always does a great job. Everything tasted great.
