My hubs and I sat for 45 minutes waiting for our food tonight , only discovering that our order hadn’t even been put in . No apologies, no empathy expressed -nada. The dining room was a disaster, the chair next to my husband had a big bowl of salad sitting in the seat, 6 tables were dirty waiting to be cleared. Called back and not only did they fix what we were missing, they refilled our entire order! They explained how busy they were and it was totally understandable. I’m not trying to bash or tear down anyone here. But every time I go to this Monical’s the service is always never there. And I mean that literally. My time there I usually only see my server to order my food and to get the check. My cup is always empty and I always have to ask for a refill and to get the check. We use to love getting Monical's but it has gone downhill the past few times we've got it. This time it lacked sauce and was over cooked. Lots of burnt edges and dry. Very disappointed for what we paid.
