Sad to say the last couple times getting food from Monical's, it has not been very good. Spend $30 for HOT Hoagies and pizza, both cold! If I wanted cold sandwiches I would have went to Jimmy John's! Done with Monical's!

Picked up a large sausage/mushroom pizza on Saturday evening. The edges were burnt and very little sauce. Pizza tasted light cardboard. Didn't take it back because we live 20 miles away. This was our first time ordering food during the "stay-at-home" period. For the price of $30 we expected a good meal. Very very disappointing!

ordered 14 inch pizza last night and asked for extra crispy. cheese wasn't even melted all the way and edges were chewy and doughy like with no crunch at all. Very disappointed
