I had a terrible experience with Dr. Mihalache. She seemed rushed from the start, and never took the time to ask if I had any questions or concerns. When the appointment ended, I literally had to follow her toward the exit just to get a chance to ask about my concerns, including needed medication refills. She spent no time addressing these issues. Instead, she only placed an order for an exam, which my insurance later denied because the request was not submitted correctly. Dr. Mihalache listens well and quickly actions necessary follow up and treatments. Her experience shows. I am a medical graduate myself and I never felt like I needed to convince Dr. Mihalache, she believes the patient and orders the necessary follow up right away. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Mihalache is very experienced. She masters internal medicine and provide effective suggestions and takes a pragmatic approach to resolving medical issues. We respect her.

I'm glad to hear shes back in the area. I want her back as my general practicioner. I typically dont like women doctors but she exceptional. I will have her as my doctor over anyone
Monica and her staff are quite nice and you can usually get in the next day. However she missed an important early treatment for my sudden hearing loss only giving me antibiotics and not steroids resulting in permanent hearing loss. Google knew better but "Google is not a doctor"

I think Dr. Mihalache is a wonderful doctor and the reason for giving her three stars is because her front desk staff lack customer service skills!
Have been taking my child to this practice for the last three years mainly for yearly physicals and the occasional illness. Never was thrilled with the practice as a whole, but it was convenient and met the basic needs for my child. Earlier this year, I complained directly to Dr. Mihalache about a member of the front desk staff who was extremely rude.
