Very disappointing experience. I booked a new patient appointment over two months ago for August. I received a voicemail saying Dr. Ball needed to reschedule. No harm, no foul. I get it - my spouse also works in the medical field. Things come up. But then to tell me the soonest available appointment is over two months AFTER my original appointment date? That’s ridiculous. I went to this provider to start a relationship with a primary care provider. She is unresponsive, delayed several medication refills, denied refills with no explanation. This is why I go to specialists. Terrible experience

I am so upset by how I have been treated by this provider & her office. I needed to establish care after moving here from out of state. When she prescribed my migraine medication, she gave me something that required pre authorization. After over a week of being out of medication & four calls, I finally heard back. The medical assistant claimed she had not received my messages. She also laughed at me. I’m still waiting on my medication. I went ahead & schedules an appointment with another provider.
