Completely Misleading and Fraudulent Practices – Do Not Trust This Company I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Housejet.com. I signed up with them on January 2, 2025, under what I now realize were completely false pretenses. A fast-talking salesman convinced me to provide my credit card information for a $4,000 deposit, assuring me it was fully refundable. Just the facts: received ~10 leads from them in 6 months. All bogus contacts. When I tried to get my money back (they guarantee it), they asked me to give it a couple months. Received one lead in that time (being generous, it might have been zero), and it too was not a real lead. When I contacted them multiple times for a refund, they never responded to calls or emails. Burn your money instead.
I’ve been with them since June 2021, and in that short time I’ve they’ve generated 370 leads, that resulted in 23 appointments and now I have 2 live listings on the market
