RecommendedThe Mondrian is a very well maintained building with the friendliest staff. The concierge service is amazing and they offer great amenities and activities for the residents. There is so much included with the rent (e.g., fitness classes, Starbucks machine). Also the location is amazing and so close to everything in the uptown community. It has been such a great place to call home for the last few years, it was very bittersweet to leave the Mondrian. If we didn't buy a house we would have stayed for years to come!

The Mondrian is fantastic! I’ve lived here for a year now and love the building, the people and the amenities. Location is great, right in West Village, I can walk to anything and everything. Highly recommend living here!!

Living here has been amazing. The two bedroom apartment is amazing and very spacious. The gym has everything I need, the pool is just right, and the people that work here are THE BEST.
Stop blocking the sidewalks and McKinney Avenue with your gross trash dumpsters! Not only is it illegal to block the sidewalk and/or road but they're just yards from several restaurants with sidewalk seating.
Just moved in and absolutely love it. The property and grounds are very well cared for; the finishes are nice; and the amenities are outstanding. The staff has been welcoming, responsive and professional. The convenience of the location goes without saying - having so many good restaurants within walking distance has been fantastic.
5 Stars I love my little Uptown home! I recently renewed my lease for a third time. The staff is spectacular, maintenance is attentive, prompt and professional and I ADORE the Concierge staff!! In a day and age you simply can’t receive packages and feel they’re safe until you can pick them up ... this 24x7 service is unsurpassed!!!! If you haven’t toured this place in the past 30-45 days, you owe it to yourself to come see the recently remodeled Zen Garden and POOL are! Just completed in time for summer fun!
I recently toured this place and Love it there and hope to lease my next apt. In this building soon. 😎
