The staff was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Mondlick was awesome. I had a graft done one a tooth and it turned out great. I had a hematoma on my lip that was rather large and deep. I was never asked if I thought about having in removed. I thought it would be nice not to have it. Dr Mondlick asked if I ever thought about having it removed. I told him I would love to have it removed but wasn't aware it could be done. He removed it at the same time he did the graft. It is completely gone and I can't believe the ... read more
I had a great experience with Dr Mondlick and envisioned spending years getting regular cleanings/care with this practice. The Dr is thorough and offered a better solution for my care than I expected. I was actually excited when I left the appointment that I had some answers and a bright path forward. My bad experience came from dealing with the billing department, which left me paying more than I was quoted. It’s sad when the back office ruins your experience with a great Dr, and ultimately you end up leaving the practice.
Excellent experience.... considering I needed to get a tooth extracted. I have seen my share of tooth mechanics. I have root canals and crowns, but this time the 'heroics' to save one back tooth was not worth it. My dentist recommended Joshua Mondlick and he was top notch! He was not contracted with my insurance but he got set up with them and let me know what my costs would be before I made an appointment. One of the best tooth mechanics I have seen. Professional, state of the art office with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not only is Dr. Mondlick an excellent dental specialist but his assistant put me at ease throughout the entire procedure. She let me know what to expect and when I did not want to know she let me just be. It was perfect. They had me come back twice to check on healing. Highly recommend.
I have had dental implant surgery by Dr. Mondlick, had seven teeth pulled and five implants placed. Very professional doctor and staff. I am very satisfied with his work and follow-up after my surgery, and would recommend him highly to anyone!
They are amazing!!! From their caring and customer service of their patients down to the procedures themselves, hands down the best!
