I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone. We rented a "studio," that had a marginally functional mini-fridge (no freezer), and microwave. The power in the building would go off any time you tried to use the microwave for longer than 2 minutes. To use a blow dryer, you needed to unplug everything else in your room otherwise the power would go off again. At one point, we were flipping the breakers back on every other hour.
