It’s hard to put into words how terrible this company is. Old money abusing low income people. The staff is absolutely the worst. From the building manager Mike to the office staff, they’re all completely irrational and only respond with emotions. Overall I have had a positive experience renting from Monday Realty. The building I stay in is quiet, all of my neighbors are pleasant. If there is ever an issue maintenance is quick to address it! This is a pen and paper operation, no fancy payment portals or amenities, which is perfect for me.
