I thought this was the best duty station until I walked in and experienced racism through out the radiology department. My mother SFC Tracey Holl (Kinney) is an extreme racist. She currently uses the word N***er then and continues to do so now.

No the health care on fort Jackson is the worst out of any base I have ever been part of. There should never be a reason for someone that just got out of surgery to wait for hrs to get meds from the pharmacy and a note to take to the unit to get recovery leave. It’s pathetic!!!

The pharmacy needs to be completely reworked. No need for a covid-related excuse either. I’ve waited hours for meds here even before covid. But to drop off an actual prescription, wait two hours, then go to check on the status and to be told there is nothing in the system, there is no excuse for that.

My complaint is about the pharmacy. The phones STAY down but no one values our time enough to at least put a notice on the outside door where we're waiting to pick up. Unorganized and unprofessional. I wasn hold 40 minutes when i finally went inside. Customer service was unhelpful and i heard a staff member talking about people with attitudes. He pushed the Ft. Jackson app on me. Did you know that it tracks you? You can't get rid of it unless you uninstall. I'm disgusted. News flash, we're not all active duty that can be tre... read more

Ma'am, Here is the other card. It explains how to request e-scripts, so that you can receive them from the comfort of your own home. I sincerely hope this information is helpful to you! Have a great day!

was there for basic, had pain in the side, was told "I think someone just wants to go home" with a pouty face from the doctor teasing me, got home and now I'm having gallbladder surgery. so to the doctor who made fun of my pain with that teasing I'll send the bill her way so she'll know it was real. 👍

I went here to have my wisdom teeth removed and the dentists did a phenomenal job! From being super courteous, to helping me feel relaxed, to talking me through the recovery process--everything was great!

absolutely no reason it should take close to 3 hours to fill a prescription. I just left. waiting area and foyer are full. upon ticket scan, it says 47 tickets in processing /waiting, 3 processing and 1 dispensing. there is no reason for this!
