My child has never been a big fan of therapy and I myself have had some challenging experiences trying to find him a place that I felt as though cared for his well being and was safe, clean and would be supportive of his needs etc. My first conversations with Monarch were very good. PLEASE save your money and take your child somewhere else, these people are out to take your money and have no interest in helping your child. They charge for phone calls, “report writing”, and honestly anything they can make up to squeeze more money out of you. They’re not straightforward with treatment plans and add on whatever they like to your bill. Please beware of this trap.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this center. It became clear quite early on that their primary interest lies in financial gain, not in genuinely supporting children with special needs. These people are only here to rob you. Please do not go to this place. We came here for only individual sessions and they lure you into ongoing contracts and do not have any integrity in doing business. Please stay away. Take your children elsewhere.
