Basic budget hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Noisy at night with shouting and police sirens etc. Lots of homeless in the area but not hotels fault. San francisco is full of homeless even outside 5 star hotels. They are harmless anyway. Great location for sightseeing. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Rooms were really small but clean. Mattress hard as rock. Elevator broke so we had to go down stairs with the baby. hassle. The desk clerk offered to help though. My low stars is for the mattress. I couldn't sleep. Oh an there's no parking so be prepared to add 30 to the cost of the room for parking
The staff is great, lobby smells like a nursing home full of wet diapers, elevator is scary & often non functional. No hair dryers! No AC, so u have to have open windows, and there's street people yelling all night, cops on megaphones, revving engines, trash trucks at 6am, construction after that. Bring earplugs.
Excelente atencion y acogedor.
Most fantastic and gorgeous Hotel I've ever been to in all of San Francisco.
