I had a great experience with Monarch Home Services! The office staff was super helpful when setting up my appointment, and my technician Sangeet was punctual, professional, and very informative. My AC had stopped working, and after a failed attempt by a family friend to fix it, I wasn’t sure what to do. As a single mom, it can be stressful letting people into your home but my technician, Jesse, made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on with my unit. I decided to have another vendor check my furnace before winter. Previous vendor didn't give me confidence that my furnace was ok. Monarch came in and inspected and took a lot of time going through my furnace. There were items of concern and pictures and videos what they found. Jesus called Vincent and discussed things of concern. The next day David and Joah did the work in the attic and checked things over before they left. Everyone worked as a team to get my needed repairs. Thank you Monarch.
Had out to fix my thermostat and check HVAC. My home is 52 years old. What they found was astonishing. The heat exchanger was black from overheating. The return was 1600 cfm and the supply was 1250 cfm. I was losing 350cfm in heat plus my duct work was was losing 10% into the attic. They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable, but very expensive.
Asked for repair man got a salesman instead. Guy kept trying to sell me a new heating system all I wanted was him to repair mine that I had …well I told him no I wasn’t buying one. He left I called a real repair man and in 30 minutes. My heating system was up and running . I would not recommend monarch heating.
