I have purchased a new HVAC system from Costco wholesale in 2022. Costco uses Monarch AC services. Monarch AC services is Ruining Costco reputation while ripping off Costco customers. Costco should not work with Monarch AC services. Moreover, Monarch AC services lies to Customers about Duck work, condenser coil chemical cleaning and even more.
