Their "physical" doctors have been satisfactory, but mental health connections of Windstone-Novum are horrendous. Multiple reviews of them are very telling. My very 1st encounter was with "Nurse Ratchet" from One Flew Over the Cukoos Nest. Other referrals had bad reviews or none at all. Windstone also had poor reviews overall. Monarch needs to clean up their mental health referrals.
