I've had several appointments since September and each one has been a great experience. The reception is always full of kind and compassionate smiles. And they'll even let you chat with them as long as they're not busy. This office accepts CDCP, and does a great job at ensuring you understand whether or not your coverage will cover the things that you're requesting. Oh my gosh. I have to say I have/had a phobia with dentists until now. Dr Kreena was the first one I seen she is amazing made me feel very comfortable and eased my fears. Dr Singh was the next dentist I had seen he is a super nice person and made me feel not afraid as well. The receptionist are also fantastic as well. It’s the full amazing package here. Fully recommend them to anyone like me who is or was afraid. Thank you to everyone.
The team are so sweet. They attended to my baby while I had my filling and cleaning. We also got brushes and toothpaste for the whole family. So professional and helpful. I’m glad we visited.
I had a great experience at monarch dentistry From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized. The staff took the time to explain every step of my procedure and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I came in for a routine cleaning and consultation, and I was impressed with how gentle yet thorough the hygienist was.It was a good experience.
