I have extreme dental anxiety, havnt been for a looong time, i had to get some extractions, and i was beside myself worrying, the dentist was super kind and understanding, and walked me through everything he was going to do, always asking if i felt any pain and willing to stop for breaks if i needed, at the end of it all, it was done with no issues, and they made me feel right at home. So happy i signed on with monarch dental office!! Theyre amazing.My faith in dentists is definitely restored! Highly reccomend.
I can hardly believe this. I called and booked an appointment and confirmed twice via messages that I would attend. Then they sent a tenth message to “confirm” that I would attend, which I did not see. When I arrived for my appointment, I was shocked to find that they had canceled it! Why? Because I did not reply to the last message — even though I had already confirmed five times before! What kind of stupid, failed system is this?! Neelakshi she is so amazing every time i come in shes so happy and and ready to help me, she always making sure i have gotten everything up to date tells me about all the promotions and always makes sure im looked after on time
Very friendly and professional treatment from reception to the hygienist's and dentist. Polite and accommodating service and I look forward to my next cleaning!
