You guys are awesome!!!!! Is there a 'bedside manner' for dentists/hygienists? If so, you could teach MD's a few things. You listened to my concerns, and worked with me to make the best of the experience without compromising your work. I have no dental needs other than cleanings, but I would not go anywhere else.
