The staff were extremely nice! I was having a problem that I was trying to avoid because of embarrassment, but they made me feel comfortable and didn't make me feel bad about my issue.

As usual, the staff was friendly and professional. The procedure was quick and relatively (almost) pain free.

The office staff should have checked to see why my new insurance provider denied to cover the full dental x-ray before charging me for it. It is better to check first and then bill the patient later instead of making the patient pay for everything up front and then maybe reimbursing them later. Especially when considering the fact that I did not expect to be charged for another set of full dental x-rays since I have a new insurance provider.
Waiting time was minimal, friendly and informative staff.
