This place is absolute trash. Their maintenance is terrible and they don’t care about the residents. They charge a stupid amount for rent and in return you get violent neighbors, limited hot water, the constant smell of weed, flooding, maintenance men who don’t do their job and more! We waited months and months for a new dishwasher until ours flooded our kitchen. They then left us with a flooded kitchen for numerous days. Then they come up with excuses. All they care about is money !!I paid a deposit when i moved in ..they just now hitting me up 5 years later,saying i owe them money for move out fees..that should have been covered by the deposit..Ill never go back or recommend...Alot of break ins during the holidays as well.Im good

3 days with vomit front of my door after call to the office no one coming yet... Place is not save always happen something... Staff is nice but the respond to any issue take so long.... Leaving soon!
