Investing in your mental health is crucial. I needed help processing years of exposure to work related trauma. I tried other therapists who just “didn’t get it” or did nothing to challenge me. Melissa helped me to process trauma issues and move forward. She was never afraid to challenge me and help me to look at situations differently. She was a great fit for me and you need to be able to find your right fit. Monarch is a good place to start.
