I'll just take the stairs This place would be a 4/5 if the elevators where not constantly down. You will miss job opportunities, birthday, dance recitals, and probably a funeral or two waiting for one functioning elevator that is running. I will say though, if you are into fitness, your legs will never look better after the countless times you will give up and end up taking the stairs up 12-48 floors. The Worst Building Do not move to this building at any cost! I justed moved in to this building a month ago where do I start the outlets are not working, the toilet keeps clogging. Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything they never come even if its a high priority like plumbing issues. Management never responds to email or calls. The carpets in the hallway smell like vomit. Save your $$, time and energy elsewhere. They are plenty of other options in Jersey City to rent.

WORST LEASING OFFICE EVER So if you want to add a new person to your current lease, you must pay a $500 fee in addition to the $125 application fee. Despite how ridiculous this rule is, still, you must do the application with the same person who gives you the application form. If you want a new application form from whoever you are talking with, they will REJECT you even though you have physically present in the office. Poor value & luxury in name only This is NOT a luxury building by any stretch of the imagination other than managements'. The "concierges" aka doorman mean well and are friendly, but are stretched WAY too thing between 2 towers of apartments. They have no possible way to know who lives there and usually seem overwhelmed in logging packages b/c the volume is too great for so few people. The building rents out weekly on travel sites. Monaco Very Good staff Maintenance staff responds quickly, and effectively. Great Views Conveniently located to PATH train Interior Walls very thin - no soundproofing - you can hear everything from your neighbors Exterior walls - poor insulation. cold/wind whistles through the walls, around the windows, and through the electric outlets in the winter time. Electric heat bills can get very high. Mandatory 'amenities fee' is high, especially if you don't use the pool, gym, etc. Mandatory alarm fee - that is impossible to set up... read more
