Great service Dr.V is very carering and professional he always makes me feel relaxed
Professional, caring, always makes time to answer questions.
Front office, assistants and Dr. “V” are all very efficient and kind. I actually like going in for my visits, after some not so great experiences caused me to be very fearful.
I was a little nervous at first since this is a new dentist for me, however they were friendly and put me at ease.
Dr V and his staff are incredibly hospitable in making you feel at home. Sometimes you forget you’re even at the dentist.
Leadership is a rare commodity in the Doctor world. Actually doing the teeth cleaning yourself shows a great deal about your philosophy in running your business. In addition to that, all the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish.
I think it is good that you ask your patients to provide feedback. There is always room for improvement; however, you are doing a great job.
Dr Carlos takes care of my dental health very carefully. The staff are very courteous and explain details also. I have been going to Dr Carlos for some 11 years now. We recently moved to South Chandler but I still continue with Dr Carlos.
I have been a patient of Dr. Vallecillo at Monalisa Dental for about 3 years. The experience has always been top-notch. Dr. Vallecillo has been very accommodating to all my questions and concerns. Appointments are easy to get and there is no wait upon arrival. I wish I can point to any particular member of the staff for accolades, because ALL are highly professional.
