I and another family member see one of the counselors/therapists here. I've also had a couple appointments with the psychiatrist, Dr. Albert. Obviously I haven't met with all the counselors, and finding someone who is a good fit for you is not always going to work on the first try. Dr. Albert is very caring and actually listens to patients and just overall great. The scheduling is a bit tough to get in though.
Doctor’s Office has taken going on 3 days to send a prior-authorization to insurance for a necessary prescription that cannot just not be taken. Office has been contacted 12+ times, and have been told it’s been sent to insurance company, but insurance company says they have not sent it. Wonder when they’ll send it… SMH @ Dr Mullin’s Office
Really terrible business. The person that does the scheduling is very rude and she made a mistake when she scheduled me to come in, and then she blamed me for her mistake. I called and spoke with the same employee and it was an urgent matter. She said the doctor would get back to me about the matter and no one ever called me back or messaged me. They also scheduled me for 2:30pm over the phone. So I came in at 2:30pm and the exact same employee I spoke with over the phone told me she had scheduled me for 1pm, not 2:30pm. But... read more
