The Dr was extremely rude, refusing to treat any of my symptoms. After finally diagnosing me with Mono. I have never heard of anything like that in my entire life. The only thing they told me. Was that it's infectious, and what is normally called the kissing disease. I have been taking nothing but Tylenol. Helps only for an hour. But because of taking so much now, the pain has become much worse, (upper quadrant right pain at ribs and chest) pain in chest makes it very difficult for me to breath. My first time here wasn’t bad although i thought they could’ve approached the reason i was there a little better!!!

I was so impressed with the care my son (Tyler) received here over the past 2 days. I want to especially thank Penny (I don't know her last name) -- but she had the best attitude. Everything was explained to him and me (when I was there); he was discharged today, and they let us know what to watch for, in case we would have to bring him back. So, Thanks PMH, and especially Penny and you too Marissa -- you turned an unpleasant situation into something bearable.

Staff is very rude and no one in the ER seems to know how to do their job...a 1 rateing Is to high for this hospital it's a 0 I would never go back there or take a family member.

Sat there for two hrs before getting seen or triage.and the one Dr Ron whitener is very ignorant. More of a band aid station not a hospital.
