I went to the ER with a bleeding traumatic head injury with concussion. The PA, I never saw a doctor despite the severity of my issues, didn’t include me in any decisions. She stapled my head, but I think this might’ve been the first time she ever stapled anyone. She didn't get the staples all the way in and so I was left with 2 staples sticking out. Would give 0 stars if possible. If you even remotely value your time, money, and health, don’t bother coming here. I’m a college student at WVU and came in for a simple and frequently given health test that should take 48 hours at max to get results from. After my sample had been sent to the lab, I waited the suggested 2 days to hear from the doctor, but to my surprise, there was no call. Everyone was nice my wait was just long but the front desk helped with everything but the referrals that my doctor was supposed to put in I still haven't received calls for
This is the best ER. They took me ìn right away. Tĥey treated me for MERSA Infection.
