I would usually give 5 stars but after what happened today NO! they were rude and very unprofessional. you don't yell at patients or the family they even called police unessesary, I will be contacting the supervisor and Mon General.
I just wanted to thank the two Crews that were able to come out and help Preston County early Sunday morning when we were down to just one one Crew for the weekend and had two outstanding calls we appreciate you guys coming out and helping us thank you
I want to take a moment to Thank Mon Health EMS and Paramedics who came to my aid during the fourth Quarter of the WVU game. I was in a wheelchair and was with my daughter Lindsey Grace Elliott and suddenly went into respiratory and heat distress. Stadium Staff and a wonderful stranger brought neck wraps and ice to cool me off then paramedics took over giving me their oxygen and an IV of fluids. But I could hear the crowd screaming from the First Aid Station (that needs TVs btw) and was missing the game that was gifted to me... read more
