Not very nice women I went and had an appointment, showed up I wasnt even acknowledge, stood there for 5 mins & I asked someone for help. The gal said, just a moment, I waited 10 MORE minutes. Then I said to another person, I was waiting and she said to hold on. Granted I was under dressed, but I had $6,000 to spend on a dress. I waited 25 minutes and then left. YOUR LOSS!
Disaster If you still want to buy your dress here after reading this review I have two suggestions: 1. When they ask you your wedding date give them a fake date MONTHS ahead of the real one to allow for mistakes. This dates sets the delivery of your dress. 2. Do not leave without a swatch sample of your dress! It has taken me 6 months to be able to write this. I was looking for a specific designer dress. It was crazy-extravagant, but, hey. Please don't waste your time here This place has lots of gowns, however, they are really overpriced, that includes their outlet with old, dirty, filthy dresses. Imagine their outlet with dresses from the 1999 to about 2002, old styles, missing buttons, dirty, worn out, however their prices ranging from $800 to $2,200. Totally not worth it. The consultant that I met, Nikki, was truly LAZY, she let me tried on all the dresses myself and she just sat outside waiting. Mon Amie was a life saver! I loved Mon Amie from the minute I walked through the doors. So many beautiful gowns and my consultant found me the perfect one. I had to get it quickly because my wedding was in a few months and everything was great! They all came through for me and I couldn't be more pleased. I tell all my friends to go there. It's the best!!!
DON'T GO HERE 10 days before my wedding and still don??t have my dress?PLEASE READ. The best bridal store ever!! I found the most incredibly gorgeous gown at Mon Amie and I would highly recommend them. They really went out of their way to make everything nice and memorable.My wedding party all purchased their gowns at Mon Amie and we had really amazing wedding. I felt like a princess for a day!
Excellent Bridal Shop! I went to this store first and foremost. I had heard from friends that they had a really large selection of dresses and accessories to choose from. They employees were so helpful! I brought in photos detailing what I wanted, and they came back with a bunch of dresses identical to what I was looking for!!! The price range is wide, so can spend a little or a lot. Great location which is really close to the freeway too.
Very disappointing experience Our experience has been very disappointing. They were nice enough before we purchased a wedding dress with a total price tag (after they add and add and add to the price tag) of over $4,000. I thought that would entitle us to reasonably good customer service, such as a return call, or perhaps even a fabric sample. Wrong. Don't expect an apology when they don't do what they say they will do. Postal employees are more eager to please!
Great Bridal Selection I went to Mon Amie after I had bought my wedding dress and while I was looking for a veil. I had a great experience at their store, with friendly staff and a lot of selection. I also ended up choosing a piece of hair jewelry to go along with it. Their prices are a little high, but it is a quality store and I would defintely recommend adding Mon Amie to your list of "Can't Miss" bridal stores.
