Mon Amie Bridal Salon has terrible alterations service Don't use their alterations service!! Nice customer service but I do not recommend getting alterations at this salon. Very last minute and too many dresses flow through this shop for them to pay attention to details. They did not finish my bustle which was only discovered at my reception!
Please save yourself the heartache I went to Mon Amie because their selection is incredible and they carry plus sized dresses to try on which I could not find at any of the 6 other stores I went to. My first experience was actually very nice. Heidi, my sales person, was very sweet and helpful, not pushy at all. I feel in love with a dress and searched high and low to find it somewhere else. HAPPY WITH MY DRESS!!!!!! Its really sad to see so many bad reviews. My salesperson was awesome. She stayed within my budget and was very knowledgeable. She was just awesome and she even convinced the manager to knock off more than $200 from the price tag. Let me give those of you contemplating this store a recommendation go with Natalie. Who they think they are? Very snobby, with no knowledge!!!! Stay away from this store.I had a feeling that they are not happy to have me as a customer and that im not good enough for their store? The store is beautiful and huge, but they have to do something abouth their staff and managers, bad.bad.bad. Any way i ended up somewere else and im happy i didn't waste my money on their store.
TRY HARDER!! let me start my review about saying something upfront - they're rude. My mom flew all the way from Korea just to be with me in this very special event in my life. mon amie was very good to me I loved my experience at Mon Amie. They helped me find my beautiful gown by really listening to what I wanted and also realizing that my mother wanted a different type of gown for me. My consultant Belle was able to make us both happy. Everything worked out well and I really loved Jenny who did the alterations on my gown. She tailored it perfectly for me. I would highly recommend this store!
Rude Sales People! Lousy Service - Don't waste YOUR time here! I would not recommend Mon Amie! The lady at the front (store manager) was not very nice, in fact she was VERY RUDE! I felt like I was not welcome and that they did not want to help me. Seems like they were in it for the sale only - forgetting the most important part where they provide you with customer service.
