New owners have to get their "poop in a group"! Arrived there today at 1:00 PM (party of 6) and were told an hour wait for a table...oh yeah, and no wait service on the lawn. At 2:30 complained...were seated at a great table with flatware and menus. Then the waitress came over and said " the kitchen is closed, you can't order food". We eventually found out (from the manager) the kitchen was so far behind that they closed it to any new orders just to get caught up !!! We asked, "How long will that be?" The answer "We have no ... read more

They closed the kitchen at 3:00 because they were too busy the manager said. I have never in my life had a restaurant close their kitchen in the middle of the afternoon yet they kept seating people!!! We couldn’t even get s soup at the bar. New owners have taken over and they better put on some more help and get these workers motivated or I won’t be back. I am there every Friday with friends and boyfriend spends at least $150 there 😡

Waited over 90 minutes to get a table only to be told kitchen was closed, at 2:30. No service at all. A far cry from what it used to be

We arrived on a Tuesday evening (July 2) around 630-645 and was on a 45 min wait with only 1 couple waiting and half the restaurant empty. Very disappointed after an hour and half drive we ended up eating elsewhere. They really need to figure out staffing. This is a very popular time in the area and should have had more staff. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before and for the space they had open this was a very poor planning.
