Rude employees, slow service, understaffed and generally poor customer service. Definitely cater to the locals.
Recommendedvery nice place to dine. wonderful atmosphere. the service was exceptional. our chef Vinny took the time to stop by the tables to get our feedback and listened if their was any issues with our dinning experience. Karen our waitress was excellent. we will definitely dine at this establishment often. very nice.

Was not able to sit outside on a beautiful night, they have done away with weekly specials ( for one, 1/2 price pizza Tuesday) , by reservation only on the weekends, and I guess they are ( also like many restaurants in the area) short staffed
No music in chalet and just not a friendly atmosphere.
It took over an hour to get my food and when the bill came there were charges on there that I didn’t get, not just on mine but others in our group as well. They made it right but still.
Recommendedfriends and I had a lovely lunch today and stayed to listen to the Rat Pac and the big band. A very pleasant was had by all.
