I have had this business clean for me for three years now. I’m terrible with computers but thought that i would try to leave my praises to how good of a job they do. I have two children and several pets so I need a lot of help. Every other week it’s such a relief to get the help I need. My house looks wonderful every time!
I was paying this company to clean my home 2x a month and paid for 4 cleanings up front. The scheduled day never seemed to work. I would make plans to be out of the house and she would cancel. I’d get home and the house was untouched, not to hear from her until a day or two later. We would coordinate another day, nothing. Always cancelling. After 2x cleanings she said I was already 4x cleanings in and she needed another payment. Luckily, I had the messages to verify I still had 2 cleanings coming.
