Dont let her touch your cervical spine. After a “gentle” webster adjustment i threw up and had the worst head ache for two days. The head ache stayed its been 6 months and now i have what feels like a muscle spasm in the front of my throat While doctors make mistakes it was her awful attitude afterwards that really nailed the coffin shut. Very dismissive. I really struggled to write this, everyone makes mistakes, but i would never want someone to have occipital headaches for months. This is hell.
We were looking for a family friendly place. This is not it. The adults can fill paperwork out online but the kids need theirs printed filled and scanned back in which is not easy for all families. There hours are not every day either. Once we got there (we were late due to my mistake) they handled our tardiness very rudley both the office staff and the Dr herself. Dr. Stephanie has been amazing! I brought my 4-year old in after she was complaining of neck pain. Dr. Stephanie talked everything through with her as she worked and my daughter felt very comfortable. The most amazing thing was Dr. Stephanie called that evening (after hours once she was already home with her family) to check on my daughter! The care has been great.
