Specialties Indian tacos also known as Navajo Tacos, we are the only restaurant making frybread! History Established in 2011. Our fry bread recipe is one given to our Mother years ago by personal friends, a Navajo family on the reservation. Our parents then were young struggling Missionaries out of BBC here in Springfield, with a large family of 5 children at that time to feed. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly come on in like an old friend. The owner even came out and spoke to us about her style of cooking and where her recipes came from. They brought out complimentary appetizer bites with 3 dipping sauces that were amazing. And the food was incredible!!! Will definitely be coming here again and again!!
the Fried bread is yummy.. took me back to New Mexico. Will have to bring family when they come to the state.
Our first time here and first time eating Fried bread tacos! They were amazing! So much food! The FREE bite size fried bread appetizers were fantastic! We also was given yummy Spanish rice, some potatoes with our huge taco! I could not eat all of it! Nicely decorated inside, very clean eating area! Even the bathrooms are nice, clean! Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend, we will be back!
